Instrusafe
SheffMed, along with Instrusafe, have the ability to custom build trays with
hold alls and hold downs as shown in the pictures. The longer tray has been
developed to hold Liposuction Cannula, Infiltration Needles and Handles.
The second tray is custom made for an ENT Surgeon to hold expensive Rhinoplasty
Instruments.
Instrusafe offer over 600 styles of build in their tray systems, and the
great thing is that when a set needs changing, all you do is change the inserts
around to match your requirements. You may require a few additional inserts.
If a larger set is required, you may be able to use combination of
current inserts or you may need a new tray. Your SheffMed Account
Manager can help you with this.
If required you can also put the Instrusafe trays in to a Rigid Container system
or use the standard wrap policy of your hospital.
We can demonstrate dropping an Instrusafe tray with Instruments in and you will
see they stay protected and protect your expensive Instrument.
