Instrument Repair/Exchange

1) We have found a German trained instrument maker here in NZ who is willing to work with SheffMed for repairs of instruments. Quotes can be submitted. All instruments will be valued before this service is offered.

2) As an option, SheffMed can also offer to have your instruments fully refurbished at Rudolf's facility in Germany. For details and costs please contact SheffMed customer services on (09) 921 3160. Before we go ahead with the return of any instruments, SheffMed will offer an assessment to see if this is beneficial to you. If the instrument falls in to the category of high use it may be more economic to take advantage of a special offer replacement.

3) New Instruments from a limited range which covers certain Scissors, Needle Holders , Forceps and Hemostats.
